Born from the old Hillbilly lineage and selected for its unmistakably massive, rounded form, Hillbilly Pumpkin is a distinctive expression of Psilocybe cubensis known for the thick, stout architecture that gave the genetic its name.

In the lore of Valhalla Mycology, Hillbilly Pumpkin belongs to an ancient race of fungal giants known as the Harvest Jötnar—colossal guardians said to awaken only when the last autumn moon rises over Midgard.
The legends tell of one enormous Jötunn wandering the forgotten pumpkin fields beyond the edge of the Viking settlements, carrying a rune-carved battle axe in one hand and an impossibly massive Hillbilly Pumpkin mushroom over his shoulder.
His beard is tangled with moss.
His armor is hammered from blackened iron.
His eyes burn amber beneath an ancient horned helm.
And wherever his boots strike the earth, enormous caramel-capped mushrooms erupt from the soil behind him.
